Makes us discover unknows ways and energies of our senses.

Nevros Art

Based on the idea that space as such is a vacuum, Clara Furey explores the energies, forces and dynamics that fill and define it in her first group choreography. Therefore, the white podium that seems to protrude from dark nothingness is empty. Imbued with moody, magical lighting, the performers move about on the podium in a delicate, almost tender fashion – accompanied by the spherical compositions of Tomas Furey. United in pairs to intimate bundles, they either sway as if plumbing gravity or freeze to minimalistic poses, interacting with barely perceivable gestures and great attentiveness. In COSMIC LOVE, the Canadian choreographer, musician and actress plays in a circumspect manner with forms and codes, interactions and transformations: an ethereal, fascinating evening that captivates the audience.

Clara Furey grasps art as a means to interconnect different entities in a spiritual way. The Canadian, born in 1983, has already worked with numerous choreographers, including George Stamos, Damien Jalet and Benoît Lachambre. Since 2016 Furey has been an associated member of the Canadian Compagnie Par B.L.eux.
